Booking conditions

These Terms govern reservations made at Bon Bar d 'Hier, 7 rue de la Tuilerie, 70210 Selles.

1. Reservation

Any booking request can be made via the online form or by direct contact. It is only confirmed after receipt of payment and acceptance by the institution. The number of people per room is limited to two unless there is an exceptional request from the establishment.

2. Fares:

Rates are indicated in euros, including all taxes. The tourist tax and any additional tax are added to the amount of the stay, in accordance with the regulations in force. The rates displayed at the time of booking are those applicable.

3. Payment

The reservation is confirmed by bank transfer. The customer has a period of 72 hours after his request to make the transfer, using the rib communicated by email. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation is automatically canceled and a cancellation email is sent.

Customer cancellation

Any cancellation request must be sent by email. In case of cancellation between 2 and 7 days, 30% of the room price will be due unless the room is re-rented. Between 2 and D-day, the full price of the room will be due.

5. Cancellation by the establishment

In the event of force majeure or inability to provide hospitality, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The customer is then fully reimbursed for the sums paid, without further compensation.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrivals are from 5pm and departures before 10am. Any other schedule must be agreed in advance.

7. Stays & Tours

Stays and tours can mobilize the entire establishment over the period concerned. They are the subject of a personalized quote and special conditions communicated before booking.

8. Behaviour and Responsibility

The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to personal property. Pets not allowed, non-smoking.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
