Booking conditions

These terms govern bookings made with the Bon Bar d'Hier guest house, 7 rue de la Tuilerie, 70210 Selles, France.

1. Booking

Any booking request is made via the online form or by direct contact. It is confirmed only once payment has been received and accepted by the establishment. The number of guests per room is limited to two.

2. Rates

Rates are shown in euros, all taxes included. The tourist tax and any additional taxes are added to the price of the stay, in accordance with the regulations in force. The rates shown at the time of booking are those that apply.

3. Payment

The booking is confirmed by bank transfer. The guest has 72 hours after their request to make the transfer, using the bank details sent by e-mail. Without payment within this period, the booking is automatically cancelled and a cancellation e-mail is sent.

4. Cancellation by the guest

Any cancellation request must be sent by e-mail. [To complete: conditions and any cancellation fees depending on the notice before arrival — for example free cancellation up to X days before arrival, then a charge of X%.]

5. Cancellation by the establishment

In the event of force majeure or inability to provide accommodation, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the booking. The guest is then fully refunded the amounts paid, without any further compensation.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrivals take place [to complete: times, for example between 4pm and 7pm] and departures before [to complete: for example 11am]. Any other time must be agreed in advance.

7. Stays & tours

Stays and tours may require the entire establishment for the period concerned. They are subject to a personalised quote and to specific conditions communicated before booking.

8. Conduct and liability

The guest agrees to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. The establishment accepts no liability in the event of theft or damage to personal property. [To complete: pets allowed or not, non-smoking establishment, etc.]

9. Complaints and mediation

10. Applicable law
